Join Allie Middleton JD LCSW E-RYT in a series of LifeForce Yoga for Emotional Fitness Classes that will be offered Monday – Friday, August 12th – 16th, 2019. Classes are held from 9am-12noon (Excluding Wednesday, class will be held from 2-5pm)

LifeForce Yoga is not just yoga poses, although that is a part. LifeForce Yoga finds its foundation in ancient yogic practices (from the Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Bhagavad Gita, Advaita Vedanta, to name a few sources) LifeForce Yoga empowers the practitioner to manage changing moods. Through the practice of LifeForce Yoga, you will learn to dissolves the blocks that keep you from knowing your deeper self.

Breathing techniques (pranayama & kriya)
Sound (mantra)
Finger yoga (mudra)
Postures (asana)

Cost to attend all 5 session is $75. Single sessions are $20 each.
