Belly Dancing on the Dock

Belly Dancing on the Dock will be with Lisa Bohannon starting on June 28th!
Every Wednesday evening on the Dock starting at 7:00 pm.

Please reserve your space by contacting the Front Desk at (518) 668-9690. It is $10 for the class and you will need to sign in at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Class and a Day Pass is $25 if you would like to spend the day at Wiawaka and enjoy Belly Dancing on the Dock in the evening.

Beth Nast

Beth Nast, now in her 9th summer teaching at Wiawaka, has taught over 800 classes since 2005, mostly in the Boston area where she lives during the year. Her style incorporates all that she knows and admires with an understanding of what her students need and love. In her classes you will find yoga philosophy, body strengthening and stretching, challenges and letting go, in other words: a complete yoga experience.
